  Ordered a new lawn mower seat for $339, pretty expensive but it was an OEM seat and their website as well as the invoice said free shipping on orders over $50. (picture of invoice attached) Got a call 3 days later from their shipping department that shipping was going to be $108 for freight shipping. "What about the free shipping?" I asked. Gal at the shipping department tells me to hang on, talks with her boss for a second, gets back on with me and says, "My manager said we'll split the shipping cost with you, so it will only be $54 to ship it." I don't think so! I told them to cancel the entire order. She said ok but they did not refund my money. I had to escalate a dispute through my payment provider to get them to do anything a week later. Ridiculous!!. Taking my business elsewhere.
