  We've shopped at Dieruf Hardware for years, and there's something to be said about the level of customer service with a locally owned business. Not only does Ben's team work hard to personalize service, they take customer satisfaction very seriously. We are always happy to shop, here, over many of the Big Box stores in the area knowing that we will receive the most attention at Dieruf. They go the extra mile to help with purchase selections and make sure that customers are met with knowledge and expertise. They also ensure that every detail is paid attention to, including making purchases easy for their customers. When our parents wanted to make a major purchase as a Christmas gift for my husband and I, Ben patiently worked with them over the phone to help them make their purchase from Cincinnati. Even over the phone, they were impressed with his customer service skills and the ease they found making a purchase with him. We are grateful for this experience for them, and the many we've had ourselves in the store. If you are frustrated with not getting one-on-one attention from larger and more impersonal shopping trips to Big Box retailers, Dieruf is your new go to.
