  This pharmacy is in dire need of employees. They never have prescriptions ready when promised. Many times you have to made more than 2 trips there to pick up meds after you have been given a pick up time. The have one pharmacy tech that works there that actually knows what she's doing and is friendly. The other staff members are indifferent and always putting you on forever hold when you call. They are overworked and can't fill the orders on time. A mistake is going to happen. They need to close this place down.

  Location is in the middle of Jeffersontown, easy access to store and can be seen from the main road. Very nice and clean area, employees are the best. Many items in stock, usually have what I need. Can get prescriptions filled out there. Plenty of parking and lots of area
